This job started small and finished big!
The customer originally came to use to fix a roof leak in the double garage to the rear. On top of the garage was solid concrete, which had developed many fissures and was damaging the integrity of the garage structure. We hired X-Ray Roofing of Ladysmith to remove the concrete and lay torch-on to seal the entire roof. This both removed the weight and fixed the leaks.
Once we had laid a stained cedar deck down and resprayed the railings black, we discovered that the wood used to build the front porch and side staircase was rotten so we rebuilt both by hand. We were happy to oblige and finished all 3 pieces in time and within budget.
