As much as this was a fun project, it had its challenges, including variance applications and several meetings with the CVRD to obtain these variances. This project was almost a complete tear down and rebuild, giving us the opportunity to reclaim and reuse the sixty year old original fir flooring. Roofing supplied by X-Ray Roofing, electrical installed by Integrity Electric, flooring supplied and installed by Mastercraft Flooring, cabinets supplied and installed by KMJ Cabinets, plumbing installed by Goodman Plumbing, windows supplied by Thermoproof Windows, decking and railings supplied by Cowichan Valley Sundecks. Insulation by PSI Sprayfoam. Heating done by Millstone Heating.
