This project began as an exterior upgrade and evolved into a complete renovation. On the exterior, this included new cedar siding and decking, and new doors. The interior was completely upgraded to executive home standards with high end finishing including engineered hardwood flooring, granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms, gas fireplace both upstairs and downstairs, a games room with wet bar. Some unique touches were added such as coffered ceilings in the main dining area, and complete remodeling of the turret, which offers amazing views of the lake and countryside.
Cedar siding, trim, fixtures, interior doors, paint and stain all supplied by Rona, decking and railings supplied and installed by Cowichan Valley Sundecks, granite countertops supplied and installed by Infinite Granite.
